1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DigiXBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DigiXBot is an automated cryptocurrency trading platform that:

• Aggregates trading signals from multiple sources (Telegram, X.com, CopyTrade)
• Analyzes signals using artificial intelligence algorithms
• Executes trades automatically on connected exchanges based on your settings
• Provides portfolio management and analytics tools

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of DigiXBot, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Ensuring the accuracy of your exchange API keys
• Setting appropriate trading parameters and risk limits
• Monitoring your positions and account balance
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

DigiXBot does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. The signals, analyses, and automated trades executed through our platform are tools to assist your trading decisions. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any trade for your financial situation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiXBot and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses incurred while using the Service
• Technical failures, delays, or interruptions
• Inaccurate signals or AI analysis errors
• Exchange API issues or connectivity problems
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Subscription, Billing, Cancellation and Refunds

Plans. Premium is offered as a single plan with three billing periods: monthly, every 3 months and annual. Prices are shown in US dollars on the Subscription page and are charged in advance at the start of each billing period.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your Subscription page (or by contacting support). Cancellation stops future renewals; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made.

Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused parts of a billing period. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance contract; by starting a subscription you request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that this right is lost once you have accessed Premium features, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the processing of your payment. Failed renewal payments are retried by Stripe; if payment cannot be collected, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
